Today is Real Women’s Day
It was chosen because 10.10 is X.X in Roman numerals.
This is a response to the radical trans activists who deny biology to declaim that trans women are women; they demand to be allowed to compete unfairly with real women in sport; to be allowed in changing rooms and other places that are the preserve of real women and to change language to erase words that reference biological reality.
This tweet shows how ridiculous their demands have got:
The word gender used to be interchangeable with the word sex.
Now gender is used to refer to socially constructed characteristics of women and men, such as norms, roles, and relationships rather than biology.
Trans people can change their appearance, how they dress and how they act but even with surgery and drugs cannot change biology.
People born with two X chromosomes are females; those born with and X and a Y chromosome are males.
Trans people are trans people. Women are adult human females and today is the day to mark that.
