Sunday soapbox

Sunday’s soapbox is yours to use as you will – within the bounds of decency and absence of defamation. You’re welcome to look back or forward, discuss issues of the moment, to pontificate, ponder or point us to something of interest, to educate, elucidate or entertain, amuse, bemuse or simply muse but not to abuse.

    The Prime Ministers deceit exposed

In other words, those who remain unvaccinated will experience a limited version of daily life in society.

This is only fair to those who have made the choice to get vaccinated to protect themselves and others, Ardern said – and the new system seeks to offer double-jabbed people “protection from those who haven’t made that choice”.

If this toxic snake oil was worth anything the “double-jabbed people” would not need protection from those who exercise their God Given right not to be used as a lab rat in a public health experiment run by a Godless Government

And while we watch in dismay our normal everyday lives shutdown that creep James Shaw is jet setting off to Glasgow to “save the Planet”

Has the New Zealand Government and this includes her majesties loyal opposition ever consisted of a more repulsive bunch of individuals than we see today?

Andrei – definitely not the government but I see some good capable people in the opposition ranks – they just need to shake off the wokeism hat they think is needed. It is not!!

Covid 19 Delta outbreak: Young Auckland mum’s vaccination plea after life-threatening battle

    Buried deep within the story

She began feeling achy on August 21, four days after the country went into level 4 lockdown, but a Covid test the next day was negative.

Two days later Waalkens, after checking it was okay with vaccination centre staff, received her first Pfizer jab alongside her two sons.

She now believes she was already infected with Covid-19 when vaccinated, and two days later was so unwell with aches, nausea and blurred vision she went to an after-hours doctor.

After being admitted to Auckland City Hospital with pneumonia on August 27 – Waalkens was in so much pain getting dressed to go to hospital her daughter had to pull up her tights – the young mum received her first positive Covid-19 test.

    Unravel that my friends

Andrei – the vaccine takes time to work – two weeks after the 2nd dose to be most effective.
