In a few words” The Broadcasting standards outfit that is industry appointed is displaying truly awful standards.
Evidently there is a “Maximum wheel size involved”.
Naturally when residing in Akaroa there was a potential danger from mobility scooters on narrow footpaths leading to moi often musing but never acted on, taking my aged Quadbike to town for groceries.
At least some are watching for the important stuff eh.
