Being the pedant today Teletext you need to head off to the Gulag for some re-education.

If this was an exam there would be a chorus of complaint.

1 My guess is Niklaus and Woods
2 Only Bobby Jones has won a true “slam” of the four majors in one calender year. Nicklaus, Woods, Player Hogan and I think Gene Sarazen have one all four mens majors in a 12 month period over two years
3 Jack Nicklaus has eighteen “majors”
4 Sorry Boss What constitutes Prominent? Some consider Woods prominent but among non golfers most regard his ex Wife, Elin Nordegren, a five iron and a damaged BMW as “prominent”. Then again there were many un-named assorted waitresses who never made Prominent.
5 Three; Charles British open Royal Lytham and St Annes 1963, Campbell US open at Augusta 2005 and Ko times two
6 Lydia Ko 2 majors, The LPGA has made some changes to its Majors; Canada lost its Du Maurier over Tobacco sponsorship and now the Evian is added in France. They have Five tournaments now regarded as “majors”.

Have a nice Day old chap I hope the feminazis dont find out where you normally hang out, OTOH they might regard Women playing golf for filthy lucre, traiters to their “cause”.
