Why no fuss about this?

The fusserati are upset about a 60 Minutes interview with the New Zealand Prime Minister.

I agree is was an example of poor journalism with some questions crossing the line to prurient.

But if there’s going to be a fuss, why no fuss about the PM claiming a National Party achievement as one of hers?

Was it deliberate or doesn’t she know what her government’s done?

One Response to Why no fuss about this?

  1. She wouldn’t have known that it was the previous Govt because while she is the master of high-level rhetoric she is poor at providing detail. This sort of lack of detail has been apparent on many occasions but missed by the media during this honeymoon period. Some media are now questioning Jacinda properly on her backtracking and inconsistent policy so the honeymoon is coming to an end and the lack of detailed knowledge that she is displaying will come back to bite her as she should be on top of things like this six months into her term. With Clark, Key, and English being so good at details like this it is what the media and electorate expect. Case in point – this morning’s interview where Suzie Ferguson had Jacinda on the ropes: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ME6fbK6LhA

I’m not a fan of Bridges so let’s see what happens between now and the election.
