Some time ago, HP, I had a wee speed bump with my health. One of my lovely daughters would ring each morning and just laugh down the phone. No, she wasn’t being mean. She was doing just what the Dickens quote intimated. It was contagious!! It did’t take very long to get into the swing of it and I would come of the phone feeling a whole lot brighter.
Oh! We did also say hello to each other too!!

I hope the speed bump is safely behind you, Fred.

Robert Fulghum’s Story Tellers’ Creed has a line which says laughter is the only cure for grief and I am in no doubt about it’s positive impact.

I’ve been to a couple of laughter yoga workshops, if you’re in need of something to help you laugh google laughter yoga.

Can you guess what these 9 old Russian things were used for?
