    (4) The person in Q2 is inspiration for a major character in one of shakespeare’s plays, can you name the play and the character?

    Paris is worth a mass. It’s from Henry IV I think but I can’t remember any details. Falstaff was big in those wasn’t he?

    I remember many years ago doing an exam and this question was part of it. I’m trying to recall all the answers

    1. Literally “Paris is well worth a mass”

    2. Supposedly French King Henry IV but there is doubt about it.

    3. Sometimes you have to lose a battle to win a war

    4. “Love’s labours lost” I assume one of the 3 Lords Berowne, Longueville or Dumaine or perhaps Don Andrian de Amardo
