I need no encouragement to do that, cheese is one of my favourite foods.
Most days I breakfast on cottage cheese. Brie or Camembert with tomato is my go-to filling for lunchtime sandwiches and I often use feta or Parmesan to enhance salads or vegetable dishes for dinner.
