What the hell is the matter with New Zealanders or is it the news media?

Someone who committed an indiscretion in an airport toilet has just arrived home and this is breaking news?

And why did our Prime Minister need to comment on this sordid little tale? I thought he was smarter than that

Meanwhile really serious things are afoot

Did you hear about this? Do you know what it means?

  2. Will says:

There is more to the media than kids like Heather du plessi etc.
    Watching with interest.

  3. Andrei says:

To be fair Will – Russia has always practiced Civil Defence drills on a regular basis that involve the civilian population

This one was a particularly big one though and with an emphasis on attack by a foreign power

I think most Russians are expecting war things are happening that have been seen before – like the build up of NATO forces in Eastern Europe and the placement of missiles on Russia’s borders as well as silly games in the Black Sea

I guess we situated as we are at the bottom of the Pacific can watch with interest – but for the peoples of Syria and the Donbass living in interesting times is not so much fun

And the bellicosity toward Russia is increasing – How do you spell hypocrisy – J-o-h-n K-e-r-r-y

  4. Name Withheld says:

Andrei…I think we can safely ignore the mindless utterings of this idiot who believes that air conditioners and refrigerators pose an “equal” threat as that posed by ISIS..
Your question should be How do you spell M-O-R-O-N.

  5. Andrei says:

So why are the USAF painting F/A- 18 Hornets in Russian colors?
