    I love sport and used to look forward to the Olympics

    This is literally true of the laptop. Here is a phone call. Paul, my laptop is frozen, what to do /? With profound stupidity about gadgets that sometimes work, I say, switch off plug, pull the battery out, wait three minutes, drink coffee, replug and it has worked every time so far.
    Works with self also. Mum, I think I am becoming a zombie
