366 days of gratitude

It’s a sorry fact of life that most of us are far more likely to complain about bad service than compliment the good.

If you take a positive view of that, it could be because good service is the norm we take it for granted.

More often than not the people I deal with are efficient, helpful and polite and I’m grateful for that.

  1. Yes, it travels twenty times faster than good news apparently. That’s why encouraging customers to use Trip Advisor is key for those in tourism.
