366 days of gratitude

Bread might be the staff of life but when I was a child it was always just white either sliced or not.

Today the choice of bread takes up several shelves in a supermarket aisle and bakeries offer more should you not wish to bake your own.

My every day favourite is Burgen soy and linseed with any of their or  Vogels grainy alternatives should that not be available.

Today I’m grateful for bread in many and varied ways.
