You can’t measure anything without effecting that thing you are measuring – this is a well known scientific principle
The thing is with polysomnography how the hell can you expect your subject to sleep normally in a strange bed wired up to monitoring machines all around and a thermometer up the kazoo?
It wouldn’t be a happening thing for me
