    (2) The cows in cold comfort farm (one of your favourite books? It comes up in TQ often enough, not that I mind it means I know the answer to the question 🙂 )

    (4) It is one of a cows four stomachs and the source of rennet

    (5) Greek salad with copious quantities of feta and olive oil, wash it down with retsina on a warm summers night preferably with bouzouki accompaniment and we will be in paradise.

    5. I actually prefer it plain as a dish in the meal. The only way I would eat it cooked is as the topping in French Onion soup.
