Front facing it

The National Party team in Dunedin is front footing – or more literally front facing – the election campaign in the city.

They’ve rented a corner site in a main thoroughfare that just happens to be diagonally opposite the opposition MP’s electorate office.

This is what she’ll see every time she looks across the street:

It looks even better close up:

It's even better with the lights on!

And who wouldn’t want to tick National twice when it would mean getting Michael Woodhouse and Hamish Walker into parliament and into government?

If I am correct, that is in Dunedin South: irritating Claire Curren. Genius.

  2. Angry Tory says:

The sooner Labour give up – or more likely, Cam’s Independent Commission Against Corruption deregisters them and their union funders – the sooner it will be clear NZ elections are a Clayton’s choice between a hard-left party (National) and a centre-left party (ACT) – and the sooner we might get an actual centre-right party into NZ politics

    Umm….. me! 🙂

Umm . . . Deborah, I am confident NZ would be better with them both in government, but I understand there a few people like you who take the contrary view 🙂

Mr Woodhouse, who at 2pm denied telling Key about the 11 year old letter Cunliffe wrote, then at 3pm said his office might have told Key, then at 7pm his office said Mr Woodhouse had personally told Key’s office about the letter. Dishonest, he does not deserve ANY ticks.
