    2) Tricky – the quote was painted on the wall of the barn by the pigs, but the animal that actually read and spoke it out was Benjamin the donkey. Of course the “animal” who really came up with it was George Orwell.

    5) To be perfectly honest my option would be none of the above, but if pushed to have a pet, at least cats are moderately independent.

    2. It is from Animal Farm, by George Orwell. I was going to say it was the pig Napoleon so I’ll stick to it, even though I couldn’t help seeing JB’s answer.

    5. Definitely Fur and only the double coat of a Newfoundland qualifies. They are wonderful pets.
