Quantity rather than quality

Winston Peters hopes to have at least 16 MPs in his caucus after next year’s election.

If New Zealand First’s form is anything to go on that would be quantity rather than quality.

People who live in glass houses …..

There are most certainly people currently within the National caucus who shouldn’t be there.

People whose continued presence on the list will guarantee that National will not get my party vote.

If NZ First gets 16 MPs this will be down to National’s poor abysmal performance in the areas that really matter – things like foisting upon unsuspecting New Zealand abomination marriage.

When the National Party hierarchy are licking their wounds after the next election delivers a Labour/Green coalition and a bigger NZ First presence perhaps you will finally understand that you cannot take a giant dump on ordinary decent hard working people in order to to pander to Ponsonby yuppies and keep the treasury benches

The 2014 Labour/Green coalition Government is a foregone conclusion. There will be, as Andrei says, wound-licking. Some of it will happen here, on Homepaddock.

For the life of me I cannot see why the Labor-Greens think they will win the next election. Voting patterns alter over a three year cycle-some down some up.Cunliffe has a\had a honeymoon
National have dragged NZ from a hopeless situation in 2008 to one of the strongest positions in the OECD. What have the Labor-Greens got to offer, Nutcases in the Greens and big spending from Labor.
A year from today look for unemployment down to about 5%,inflation at about 1.5% and growth about 3%.
This is what will decide the 2014 election.

    Give us a clue.

RG – God will need to defend New Zealand if that happens.

That being the case, I can’t help you, Neil.
pdm – are you implying that, despite our entreating, She’s not helping us now?

MMP is a terrible system PDM, designed to get people into parliament who nobody in their right mind would ever vote for, this includes the entire Green caucus of course.

So we have MPs slurping at the trough and redesigning New Zealand and New Zealanders in their own perverse image, vile people who if they came into your home would lead you to scrub it out with disinfectant and get it blessed by a Priest after they have left,
You would need to do this remove the foul stench of sulfur and putrid flesh they emit – though like any stink you don’t notice after a while and alas New Zealanders have been so exposed to these people’s foul smell so long they no longer notice how putrid they really are.

And they are in our parliament corrupting our Nation, God help us all.

And we cannot rid ourselves of them thanks to MMP

of ALL the Gween MP’s, only Hague qualifies as a 1/2 decent option. The others, collecting somewhere around 150k pa, are a disgrace. I would suggest that there would be a total of 20 -30 that are either very good or ok .. the rest, well judge for yourself
