    You sometimes have to be careful using words like that in these overly sensitive times

    They don’t have to be exact homophones (a word itself that might be proscribed in the fullness of time in case the mere sound of it gives offense) just close enough to set those of perpetual outrage off it seems

    The l is important. I once interviewed an elderly woman who had been playing the organ at the Basilica for decades. I wrote about her first public performance, somewhere between me writing the story and the printed version the l went missing from public.
