    Saw a Documentary on Lady Thatcher last night onChannel 74 amds a good column by Carmel Fisher in the SST.
    Britain was the Greece of Europe in thoses days. Unions ran all govts-Tory and Labour. Rubbish piled up,coal miners on strike,sympathy strikes.Thank God for Mrs Thatcher.A lesson in being prudent about finances and policy.

    I see the BBC is in a quandary about playing “Ding dong, the wicked witch is dead” in MT’s (dis)honour.

    Someone with better thinking than mine suggested the BBC should indeed play it because it was being played in the streets and legitimate news.. and everyone should have the opportunity to treat with contempt and scorn the a*&holes who are promoting and singing it.
