In acknowledging the death of Muammar Gaddafi we can be thankful another tyrant has gone.
But celebrations must wait until the tyranical dictatorship is replaced by a far better, more democratic and stable regime in Libya.

I agree it’s fantastic to see another dictator go. Even better to hear that naughty word in the West, now, ‘freedom’ being shouted over and over by the protestors (watch out Western politicians, freedom outs always in the long term).
However, sadly for Libya, as with Egypt, these countries are ruled by stone age religions more so than even human dictators, so just as is happening in Egypt, the poor sods there (who do understand freedom) now probably are plowed under the yoke of sectarian civil war for years, and at worst, Theocracy.
Fingers crossed, but I’m not holding my breath.
