Their answer for (2) is quite wrong. The biggest single brand of RTD’s in my shop is drunk almost exclusively by men who work in manual trades; the pricing of wine has very little interest for them.
Young ones now “preload” at home before they go out and therefore the volume of drinks sold in bars,clubs etc declines
