I can just image some fine election year oratory from a political figure on the stump containing the phrase “Nick Smith’s vecordious ETS ….
Oh where, oh where is a fine fellow who would deploy such a phrase with sincerity?
We can but hope that time will bring forth such a one – not this election season alas.

“The Labour front bench was at its most vecordious while driving home its desires for a CGT.” I don’t know who’d use it either but it is a lovely addition to my vocabulary.
