Stumped by choosing between the two Australian cities that I have never visited.
Kicking myself over getting the age of the cathedral in Moscow wrong. I have photographed it myself.

The situation re the Spanish flag is interesting because, as I understand it, there are two versions and the one that has the emblem is a variant.
Now for a really interesting vexillological challenge try spotting the difference between the flags of the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
