Nothing to do and all day to do it – I love Boxing Day.
We’ve more than enough food left over from yesterday so there’s no need to cook, I’ve a number of books from my to-read pile to choose from, have had one walk and if the mood takes me might do another to blow away the cobwebs . . .
Bliss.

I have a virtual stack of classics (all free) on my Christmas ebook reader, to work through.

What, no rush to the shops for the sales? St Lukes is crazy, I didn’t go near it, but saw the endless queue of cars. Reach a book on the beach at Mission Bay, instead. Bliss, indeed. The shops can keep their goodies, today!

Read a book, that is. And no, I haven’t been on the turps! All day to do nothing, nice.

We shared the preparations which didn’t take much effort – ham, asparagus, tomatoes, and potatoes with strawberries and raspberries to follow.
