    2) Somewhere in the Bay of Islands? Some additional information: the carol Te Harinui which featured inyour quiz a week or two ago commemorates this first Christmas service.
    3) I guess Dickens.
    4) Depends what you mean by home town. I regard New Plymouth as my home town, ‘though I don’t live there. Bethelem is where Joseph’s family came from, but Nazareth is where Joseph and Mary were living.
