Just wondering . . .

Will you do a post about David Carter’s troubles Ele?
Farrar has already, so has The Standard and so have I!
You are always very interested and up to date on farming issues and this one will be a doozy. I thought Farrar’s attempts to divert attention from Carters conflict of interest to ‘pandering to trade issues’ was lame. I’m sure you’ve read it.

I don’t think the issue is he had shares in an agricultural company, and there is no way at all he would have been motivated by how it personally affects him (he is very rich). The issue for me is having the trade issues involved at all.

“No way at all he would have been motivated by how it personally affects him (he is very rich)” – hilarious!

Nope, not I, as they are not legally enforceable contracts.

  4. I read the first one. But now I just do them and hope that they don’t cause the computer to fall over. I am sure that my old Dell was stuffed up by Norten upgrades. Now I use Trend.

They’re all boilerplate anyway. “This software will remain ours, but we’re letting you use it under these conditions, and if it causes your computer to break, well, tough bickies.” I’ve occasionally tried to read one or two; it’s like eating cold, day-old porridge.

I’ll laugh if a EULA ever includes a provision about the user’s soul.

Then, of course, there’s the licence agreement for Interactive EasyFlow
