    Have you seen this movie Ele?

    Damn they took a great book. one that one a Nobel Prize for Literature, and turned it into costume melodrama complete with anachronistic hair styles and bad wigsshudder.

    Some serious miscasting as well – not Geraldine Chaplin though shes a fine actress.

    A character actress you might say. I first saw her in Robert Altman’s “Nashville” a fine movie and she was memorable in that as a poser, a wannabe british reporter.

    I wouldn’t beat yourself up over that – I haven’t read “Bleak house”. I’m not really a Dickens fan
