1913 Menachem Begin, Israel’s 6th Prime Minister and a Nobel Laureate was born.

1944: CORSO was formed.

1947 Carol Moseley Braun, the first African American elected to the US Senate, was born.

 

 

1958 US singer Madonna was born.
