Prices are still above the 10 year average.
The price of anhydrous milk fat increased 3.7%; cheddar was down 2.4%, milk protein concentrate was down 1.2%, rennet casein was up .3%, skim milk powder was down 1% and whole milk powder was down 3.5%.
