Our staff party last night presented another opportunity for an asado.
For the first time we cooked beef as well as lamb.
The dog is in seventh heaven today with all the left over bones.

I sincerely hope you gained consent or at least implied consent from the lamb and the steer or was that a heifer.
They were beyond giving consent by the time I saw them GD and I’ve no idea if it was a steer or a heifer.
They did taste good though.
The post takes me back to Argentina a couple of years ago. Our hosts turned on an Asado, which included drinking games with a very delicious liqueur.
It involved standing on one leg and skulling a small amount, followed by a shout of some Spanish phrase. I remember the meat was excellent, and the hostess was lovely!!?? I have no idea what the phrase meant.
