I don’t know if that is the original recording but if it is Herb Alpert played all the instruments himself – he was the Tijuana Brass and an early advocate of multi track recording techniques.
Later on he hired studio musicians for touring.
They will have come from the “wrecking crew” – the greatest assemblage of studio musicians who ever congregated and who played TV Theme shows, film scores as well as backing popular records from the fifties sixties and seventies. I am fairly sure Herb Aplert was a loose member of people
I think you posted Mr Tambourine Man from the Byrds awhile ago – all the instruments on that were played by the wrecking crew except Roger McGuinn’s 12 string Rickenbacker.
Will a mariachi band – well sort of loosly speaking, followed by a Concerto be follows up with AC/DC in if so what song will Ele choose.
Its the major question on everybody’s minds.
